Organisations have a myriad of technology partners and whilst they will provide their own, specialist support, we will always be available as an initial point of contact or as an escalation point should you need it.

With our weekday Extended Hours Support from 7.30 am – 6.30 pm, we got your team covered and there’s no need to pay for after-hours support again. Need emergency support outside of these times? We have a highly trained team of experienced technicians we dedicate for escalation support to ensure critical faults are jumped on as and when they arise.

Training provides an essential part of protecting your organisation and its data and that’s why all of our fully managed SME plans include monthly Cyber Security Awareness training as standard. Training is instructor led by one of our Cyber Security team and there is no limit to the number of your team that can join or how frequently.

Its important to us that the support you have remains appropriate and can flex to adjust to the change’s your business may experience over time.  Agreement flex is our way of adapting to changes that can need to occur during this period in a flexible, open and transparent way.

Perhaps one of the most important parts of what we do is the on-boarding process and its only right that we absorb this and any overlap in the final stages of any notice period from the previous provider to ensure a seamless, fully managed transfer.

As with the other elements of our fully managed on-boarding process, we will work with you to identify the products and solutions you use to make sure you are getting the most out of them and highlight any tweaks or enhancements we think you should be aware of and regularly revisit and update the roadmap as our partnership progresses.

As part of our on-boarding process, one of our Cyber Security team will work with you to complete a full cyber security audit and we’ll highlight and roadmap any recommendations that come out of the process. We’ll also get your team setup and for the Cyber Awareness programme to bolster user awareness and organisational security.

As part of every new client on-boarding and annual review, we will work through your existing Disaster Recovery and Backup arrangements and ensure that they are robust and meet the needs of your organisation and we’ll monitor and support any solutions we manage on an ongoing basis.
